Refund policy

Sole Baby Shoes takes pride in our products, and we strive to ensure everything is delivered to you in excellent condition. Sometimes however, if this is not the case, we want to make it as easy for you. 

SIZE EXCHANGES.

If your shoes do not fit your little one or you have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Your product can be returned for an exchange or refund with 7 days of receiving your product/s.

You are responsible to cover the cost of posting the products back to us, and please post the return products within 7 days of contacting us.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and unworn. Refunds will be processed immediately after we have received your return items.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

For size exchanges, we will cover the cost of posting the replacement item back to you.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty, please contact us for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and unworn. 

We will require a photo of the faulty product and may also ask for the product to be returned at your cost.

Please note that many of our shoes are handmade, there may be differences and variations between them.
