$6.95 FLAT RATE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE, OR $9.95 EXPRESS POST.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100. 

All orders are shipped on the same or next business day from Queensland via Australia Post. Order usually arrives within 3-7 days (standard post) or 2-3 days (Express Post).

You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped so you can always see updates on your parcel’s progress. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, we ship from Queensland, Australia to:

• New Zealand for a flat rate of $18.20AUD (9-15 days)

 

RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS 

If an attempted delivery of your parcel is made but you are not at home, Australia Post will determine if the parcel can be left in a safe place. If not, the parcel will be taken to a post office and a card will be left at your address with details of how to collect your parcel, including pick-up timeframes. If your parcel isn't collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to the sender. 

If a parcel isn't picked up and is returned to us, please note that additional shipping costs (flat rate of $6.95) will apply to have the parcel re-shipped.
